Moose Steak Roast

1/2 cup of flour
Salt and pepper
2 medium moose steaks
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup bread crumbs
2 onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper
Combine flour, salt & pepper& sprinkle on both sides of meat
Pound with meat hammer. Continue to sprinkle and pound until flour mixture is used up. Brush both sides of meat with eggs, then coat in bread crumbs. Sear gently in oil. Place meat in roasting pan and pour tomato juice over it. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top. Roast at 350 degrees Farenheight until tender. Baste frequently and add more tomato juice if needed.
