Good with chicken, pork and fish.

1,1/4 cups balsamic vinegar.
1/2 cup honey
Cornstarch to thicken[1 tsp mixed with 1 tbsn of cold water]
In a sauce pan bring vinegar and honey to a boil over med high
heat. Boil until reduced to about 3/4 of a cup [about 15-20 mins] Mix in cornstarch and boil about 1 minute until thickend.cook meat until almost done. in the last few mins of cooking brush glaze on one side, cook covered until caramelized repeat with other side. enjoy
