Can you believe the time of day this bear came in ? Looks like a sow, laying around licking up the mollases. I have been hunting at this stand off and on all week and figured the bait site went cold, no hits or pics in over a week. The coons had eaten half of the dog food so as a last resort I added some berry jello powder and bingo they hit the bait. They also went up the trail to my ground blind and flattened it again Mad . I will keep at it and hopefully are paths will cross.

A doe and a fawn came into the tree stand tuesday evening, spooked and took off.

Just wondering are you sure its a Sow?
Either way if there is no cubs you are in bussiness!
I used jello powder this year also that I got from the Bulk barn in Alliston.
I beleive if you play your cards right you can stabb this guy!
Keep the sweets to him!

Any time is bear time, I hope you get the bear, remember they love cooked turkey and chicken bones.

Well I'm going in for one last try for this bear tomorrow. We'll see if he shows up in daylight again.
