Swamp edge rub and trail

New Spot For A Stand 100_3413

You can see tine marks on the tree behind the rub. I should have measure the distance between the two trees which would have given me an idea of his tine length.

Looks promising Tracer. I hope to see some pics soon... are you gonna put up a trail cam?

Yes, I've got a new infrared cam coming soon that I'm going to set up back in there. The Moultrie I45.

Judging by the size of the tree and the damage done to it, that is likely a real nice buck.

New Spot For A Stand Pict0024

The latest pic from the I45. The cam is setup 50 yards up the trail from the rubs.

Final, I paid $143 plus $13 shipping from The Sportman's Guide. I hope to get a pic of this buck through the summer and it should be interesting because this is a high deer traffic area that I have not had a cam in or hunted before. I scouted the area in March( no sheds found Sad ) and found a wooden treestand ( with an ATV trail going to it) on the other side of this swamp.
