gotta love spring

Well, just finnished cutting the grass , again. Had to wear a bug net to keep the blackflies away from my head. Note to self... next time wear a long sleve shirt, sitting here scratching my wrists now. Oh well , walleye opens for me this week-end , will try to make time to get out for a bit. Hope y'all do too. The ole fourm gets pretty quiet this time of year, thought I better write something just to see if there was anybody out there.

No bugs here yet and my grass will have to be cut this weekend for the first time. Guess the north has it's advantages but in a week or two the bugs will be murder. Fishing will have to wait a while. Friends of mine went out to do a little trout fishing last week in Superior Park and the lake was still frozen, so they tried a creek for specks. A useless proposition this time of year. They won't start biting for a few weeks yet.

Well I finally made it on. Thanks Final. I've never had so much trouble getting on to a site, esecially moving from one site to another with rest of you. I have to agree with Tracer that Spring is here along with the Black Flies. This is my busy time of year for courses at Northern College, so I won't be on here too much until probably mid-June. Well you guys take care now and I'll talk to you later.

Bugs have been out here for a week, I am cutting my grass for the third time this weekend . I am glad to be able to open windows for the whole day listen to the summer song birds and other birds I have a pair of blue birds that nest in a house I built, also have a pair of american brown bittern that I look forward to seeing and hearing[ they actually walk thru the yard.Yes, spring is a great time of year.
