Hi 4st eyes, how is it going with you. I've been checking this site every few days, but I see there is not too much going on. It must have taken you an hour to welcome everybody or did your computer do it automatically for you. Well the boys and I will heading to St. Joe's again this fall. I bought a new computer a few weeks ago and I'm having a rough time getting on to Windows 8.1. It is very fast and it takes a while to catch up to it. It seems to know what I'm thinking on doing and it does it, it is truly amazing. I see we have a lot of new members over the past year which is good, but there is still the time lapse during the summer months when everybody has something else on the go. This going to be a good fall for Grouse, some of the hens have had two broods because of the wet spring, but they are doing very well now. I've been busy putting on Hunter Education and Firearm courses, I don't know where they are coming from, more women this year then in the past. Some say that they want to know what their husbands are doing so they are going to get involved and others say they want to have another chance at the tags in the family. Well I guess that's about it for now, this is the most I've written in a long time. Take care and I will talk to you later.

Hi Bushwalker, good to hear from you.  Things have been going good for me since I retired two years ago.  I got out of the MNR when the getting was good.  I am changing my hunting location this year and am going to be hunting on Manitoulin island.  The travel to the northwest was getting too expensive and the last two years I travelled alone.  I just hope we can connect up while you are on St. Joe.  I will have to check out the hunting seasons and hope they aren't the same week.  well I have to go for now, so  I'll talk to you soon.
