That is a tough call to make I have had mature bucks bust me as well, some I have seen again from the same stand others I have never even caught on camera any where on the property. One thing to keep in mind is that bucks travel thru new areas, never to come back to that area, I think this is where the idea that if you get busted they don't come back might originate from. I think that if a deer gets spooked for small reasons [ he didn't see you stand up and then blast a shot gun at him] they will come back or would'nt they run out of places to go? Deer spook for many reasons, I have seen a black tree rat spook a nice buck he almost turned inside out trying to jump away. Yotes spook them ect, ect, I think it is what you have the best confidence in doing, that will work, if you are sitting in a stand thinking, I should of moved, I should of moved, then you are not at your best and that could hurt your hunt in more ways than one. I say do what you feel is the best for you, go with your gut. I know guys that have been busted so they moved down the edge of the field only to see the buck walk right under where the stand used to be. Its a coin toss.
