Life here is very nice

As I was sitting in my downstairs room two days ago, I watched four deer feed in the yard for a few hours, this while listening to the Blue birds [we have a pair that set up in one of the houses I built] American brown bitern,[ A pair has been nesting here for the last 8 years] finches, ducks geese and purple Martins along with all the others to many to name. Twenty mins after the deer left, a younge bull Moose walked thru, I called him back and kept him in the yard for about half an hour.[ will post pics of him later] Then yesterday while in my upstairs pc room I was looking out the window, I watched a pair of geese bring 5 young into the yard to eat grass, while watching them I hear the geese on the pond going crazy, I look out and see a cow and calf feeding along the berm of the pond, the geese were trying to put the run on the moose. They would fly up about 2-3 feet off the water and then land in the water going towards the moose makeing a lot of splash and noise, this went on for about ten mins. The hawks are back [nesting pair] plus this year there is an Osprey fishing the pond. I hear and see stuff like this most every day, I am not braging I just wanted to share, I wish you all could see what I do here at the camp, because, well life here is very nice.

You truly are blessed to see that most days. Glad I share the same passion as you...I enjoyed reading that.

All that wildlife in one spot is amazing. Must be great to live in an area so serene.
