Service Bulletin for illuminated nocks

October 2013

It has come to our attention that the use of some illuminated nocks can result in a partial dry fire and possibly result in limb damage.  In some cases the string does not make total contact with the rear of the nock allowing the string to travel under it and transferring all the energy to the limbs and string.  If illuminated nocks are required, Excalibur Crossbows recommends the use of only Lumenok illuminated nocks that are designed specifically to be used with Excalibur crossbows.  Limb damage as a result of using the incorrect nocks will not be covered under warranty.
