Sorry to report, I never got out duck hunting all season. Will make more time for it next season.

I love to water fowl hunt, I just can't do much of it anymore because of my rotor cuff. I used to go every week at least twice. I would some times be out from dark to dark, seen some real amazing sun rises and sets. I once sat out watching as best I could in the falling darkness, flock after flock landing all around my blind including 2 Muskovies. Then watched the night sky for an hour. When I did paddle my canoe in, I came up to the landing was about to get out and 2 Wardens and a O.P.P. jumped out with flash lites Yelling Conservation officers/ Police, started saying what were you doing out there for so long, where's the birds hidden, etc. It was all I could do to convince them I was just enjoying the night.

I use to hunt the marshes often each season but lately have been spoiled by field hunting. Easier to set up and you don't have to trailer a boat. Unfortunately I only got out once this year and the hunt wasn't the greatest. I only got 2 geese and a few ducks. Like the Leafs say "well there is always next year".
