This goes well with most meats

    1/4 cup chili powder.
    2 tbsp smoked paprika[or reg]
1 tsp cracked black pepper corns[place in saran wrap and use a
    rolling pin to crack corns]
    1/2 tsp salt.
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
    Combine in a bowl[makes about a 1/2 cup]
rub on meat and let stand 10-20 mins, cook meat and enjoy.
