    1/4 cup fresh coriander minced.
    3 tbsp water.
    2 tbsp vegetable oil.
    2 tbsp lime juice.
    1 tbsn fish or soy sauce.
    2 cloves garlic minced.
    1 green onion minced.
    1 tspn white sugar.
    1 tspn hot pepper minced.
    Combine all ingrediants and use as any marinade, chicken and pork at least 4 hours up to 24 hours, fish 30 mins[always keep refridgerated until use]enjoy
