    This goes well with a lot of dishes fried fish, broths, soups or on cooked veggies.
    250grms unsalted butter.
    250grms chopped roasted almonds.
    100grms chopped shallots.
    1 tblsp chopped Italian parsley.
    combine all of the above and mix well roll into a tube shape inside of wax paper and slice off whats needed[keep refridgerated].
