Fresh buns in the amount needed [kysers or pannini work well]
bacon
lettuce
tomatoes
brick cheese [your fav]

prepare lettuce, cheese and tomatoes
cut buns in half as evenly as possible, mean time start bacon in one pan and have another pan ready [ large enough for buns] when bacon is about half cooked and has a fair amount of fat in pan, heat second pan hot enough to cook a grilled cheese, take buns and dip slightly in fat by pushing bun lightly on top of bacon [keeps bun from absorbing too much fat] bun should be like it was buttered, place fat side down and fry until golden brown, ocassinaly pushing down slightly with spatula, the buns will be very crispy and tasty, they do not taste at all greasy. put buns together along with what ever you like to put on your B.L.T's . enjoy
