Looking to change up your burger taste? Try adding these to your next batch. Some might not sound conventional but they taste good. the ideas below are ment to be used along with your regular method of spice application. One idea per batch. These will work with all types of meat, and all types of meals from patties to meatballs.

1. Add 1 measured tsp of all spice per 1 lb burger.

2. Add 1/4 tsp of smoked paprika per 1 lb of burger [ most are very strong flavoured you can add more if you like]

3. Add 3 tbls real maple syrup to 1 lb of burger [ when cooking remember the sugar in the syrup can burn if you are not careful]

4. Add 1-2 tbls of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of sugar per 1 lb of burger. [ if you have concentrate dilute to real lemon strength]

5 Add 1/4 tsp of ground cloves per 1 lb of burger.
