Logitech Products The best....

I had to mention Logitech electronics company. Most of us know that a storm blew thru Ontario a few days ago, my house took a small hit from some flying material. My logitech keyboard also took a hit [blew off the desk as the window was open] two of my keys broke off, so I emailed logitech to see if I could get replacement parts, they emailed me back and said they were real sorry that happened to me but unfortunatly parts are not available. However as a one time deal they will give me a new one with out the reciept, plus they are shipping it free. Man they have a great product and an even better customer policy, the best I have ever seen. I thought I would mention them in case anyone was going to buy any new electronics.

Good to see some companies really care about their customers. I hope Dell does because I just received my new computer, monitor and printer today by Purolator. I am still on my old clunker that has crashed once already and is acting as if it is going again (lots of gremlins). Now I just have to set up the new one.

I recieved my new board on tuesday of this week, I had just sent my old one on friday of last week [with their prepaid ups label and customs papers] so they sent the new one before they recieved my old one. That goes to show that it does pay off to register your new products, because it was the guy at Logitech that looked up my registration to find that the board was still under warrenty.
