Well, it only half worked. I tried posting two pic's of that little buck but for some reason the pic of the bigger buck showed up Oh well, I've probably got a hundred pictures of him, started getting him still in velvet last year and till I took the cameras down in Jan. Hope he's still around, although he wasn't too keen on the daylight.

So it looks like its true, when you get to that certain age, you don't see as well as you did before, Sad

like someone we all know that just had a "B" day, I won't tell you his name but his initials are 4st eyes, lol, hey 4st, Steve posted the pics not tracer.

here he is last year. I just bought the camera in time to get him in velvet and he lost it a week or so later. I really hope he is still around.

That is a really nice buck. But what are all those dark gray patches on him?

Steve, I hope he is around for you as well. Oneshot the patches are most likely one of two things or both one is he is sheding his winter coat, two is lose of hair from rubbing due to Ticks, I see this a lot, more so on Moose than deer but it is common for both.

you are right Final, he was just losing his summer coat. The Does looked the same in Sept. when when the flash hit them at night. They looked a lot nicer a couple of weeks later
