3 days off

Well, I just had 3 days off and hunted each day and only seen a tail this morning. Way too warm out and no snow. On a good note, they cut most of the corn around me and I started getting pics on my cameras again. The weather doesn't look like it is going to change before the season ends, but maybe will do the deer herd some good. I'll be out every day between xmas and new years and maybe a bit on xmas morning. Oh, I tripped on a shed today, probably walked over this about 2 dozen times

Nice find. I will be out two or three more times including a couple of all day hunts Dec. 27 & 31. Good luck everyone the rest of the season.

nice shed. hopefully he's still around. it snowed couple inches around here. I'm heading out on Boxing day for the morning and hope to get out another day or two before the season ends.

Things are looking up, it snowed here yesterday and I actually seen a few deer, the first in a while. Might even get to wear the snow camo today.

We only have a skim of snow in the Sault Ste Marie (grass still showing) but it is cool. Huntings all done.

Only a skim of snow here too, but I seen 7 Does and faens tonight. Its nice to be seeing some deer again.
