Trick the Inlaws Roast Beast Stew Empty

1-2 lbs venison stew meat ......conversion 1 lb per 2-3 people [all fat should be removed from meat if present]
2 med onions
4-8 carrots sliced or diced
3-6 med potatoes sliced or diced.....or 1-2 cups egg noodles added at the last 15 mins of cooking
4 cloves garlic crushed or chopped
1 tbl spoon hp or A1 sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups water per lb of meat
1 tbl spoon beef bovril per cup of water
1/2 tea spoon salt or to taste
1/2 tea spoon pepper or to taste
2 tbl spoons maple syrup or brown suger
1-2 splashes of worchestshire sauce
4 tbl spoons ketcup
1 tbl spoon bacon fat or 2 tbl spoons oil and 1 butter
1 pkg of brown or mushroom gravy mixed with 1/4 cup cold water [ do not add until vegies are cooked]

Brown meat in pan with fat or oil
In a large pot mix all ingrediants [ reserving carrots, potatoes, noodles, gravy mix with cold water.]
bring pot to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer cooking meat until almost tender [stirring when needed]
add potatoes, carrots cook on simmer until done [stirring when needed]
add gravy mix bring back to a boil then simmer for about 5-8 mins [ stir, stir, stir or it will stick]
add noodles if useing and cook for about 10-15 mins or untill done [note they will cook on simmer and must be stired]
serve with bread, buns or biscuts.
"what" no its beef stew why, you don't like venison!
