I haven't even got the boat in the water yet, I know, that's pretty sad. Hopefully in the next week or two I'll get it in to wet some lines.

Hi Tracer, too bad you haven't got out yet. I just got back from a 4 day trip near Chapleau and did quite good. I caught about a hundred walleye and numerous pike. All except 4 were released. We had a hard time getting our under 18 in. ones on the last day but finally managed to get them. The only other trip I made was to a local lake and did terrible, but it was a good test to make sure the boat and motor worked well before our remote trip. We are going back for a week in September and hope it is not as cold as last year. We had to light up the furnace to keep warm.
