Thanks for the welcome. I was not doing very well as the disaster has left me in a bad spot for paying bills. I had sold my backhoe before the mess to get us thru bills until Nov figuring the house would be sold by then. The money had run out and I was feeling sick. But 2 days ago a guy drove down my drive and offered to buy my red pine and spruce. I said ok lets have a look and see what its worth. I can now say I do not have to worry anymore about the mortgage until end of june and I should be sold by then So I am doing very well right now. I hope its the same for you all. [doing well I mean]
