With colder temps on the horizon again starting Sunday night.....
When do you think conditions will be favorable?
I think by next weekend we may start to see people venturing out and expect to see 5" or so....

Looks like a cold snap for 2 weeks,
Should be good then for huts as long as
Elmino doesn't strike again. Same with
sled trails.

The ice was starting here in the Highlands, then we recieved a lot of rain, my pond had about 4 inches of water on top of the ice. Now with this cold its starting to freeze up nicley.

We already have ice so I'd better get my auger tuned up. By the way the wind chill today is -27C. The last couple days have been down right cold especially with the high winds off of Superior.
