Thanks guys, we looked at 6 places, first 3 were not as the pics showed, then it was an ok place then it was another that was too close to neighbours, then it was the perfect place. After 3 days of back and forth it was ours.

Yes, its almost like that everywhere. I will post more when I get there,the old owners are elderly and were supposed to go into a retirement complex, that has now been delayed until end of March so we have agreed to wait with a price reduction. It will be just in time for me to trout fish and get my resident Deer tag for Nov.

Final that is a really great view. There also looks to be some good cut overs that would be great for deer hunting. Your hardwood bush lot will likely get well used also.

The deer are numerous and there are other fields on the south side of the lot as well. I looked at sat photos there is also a large swamp at the back end some of it is on my property. The old owner hunted as well he took a small Bull about 5 yrs back.

Well, I am almost done here, feeling a bit sad to leave after almost 20 years of improvements, hard work, fun, some tears and lots of laughter. I am looking forward to the move and then I am not as well.

Yes moving is always bitter sweet. Just keep reminding yourself of the beauty of your new place.
