1 large carrot chopped
1 large rib of celery chopped
1 med size onion chopped
3-4 cloves garlic chopped
1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 Tbl spns of tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 lbs venison meat cut into 1" inch pieces
8 ounce pack of fettuccine
parmasan cheese
place all ingredients except parmasan,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and noodles into slow cooker, mix well cook on high 5 hrs or low 6 hrs
then use a sloted spoon to remove venison let cool slightly then shred meat place meat back into slow cooker with the remaining Italian seasoning and salt cook another 30 mins meanwhile planing it out to coincide with completion of meat sauce cook noodles according to directions, serve with meat sauce sprinkle with cheese. enjoy
