4 green onions minced.
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
1/3 cup sour cream.
1/3 cup mayonnaise.
1/4 cup packed fresh parsley.
2 tsp white wine vinager.
1/4 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp pepper.
In a bowl combine green onions and cheese, set aside.In a food processor puree the rest of the ingrediants until smooth then stir into onion mixture.[can be refridgerated for 24 hours]enjoy.
