Anybody Hunt Coons ?

Does anybody on here coon hunt ? A buddy at work does at night( with a special lic. of course) with dogs. They have blast and the dogs love it. The coon population seems to have ballooned this year and they need to be thinned out a bit. They sure can do a lot of damage in the corn . I think I will help out the farmers and do a little target practise on some coons.

I kill them when ever I can, dammed lazy ring tailed tree rats.

I do with my dad. It is alot of fun. Over the last couple years most of the corn would be off before the season started so it made it a little harder.

My hat is off to you Matt, thanks for keeping the population down a bit. I should of said before that I only shoot them when they wander into my yard, they stay in the bush they stay alive.

All I can say is you must be very good at skinning them vermin by now. Coons ain't the nicest thing to skin. Good trapping!!!
