Venison stuffed mushrooms
30-40 large mushrooms
1 lb. ground venison
1 egg
1 small onion diced fine
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them fine, reserve caps
Mix chopped stems with all other ingredients.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, place on a greased baking sheet. Put in oven at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Serve.
