1/4 cup onions chopped
4 strips cooked crisp bacon chopped
1/4 cup grated cheese[your choice I use old chedr]

Cut potatos in half, carefully scoop out potato flesh saving the skins in a shell form. Mash potato flesh until smooth, then mix in bacon, onions, chives and sourcream, salt and pepper to taste, fill shells with mixture, sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 375 for about 35 mins or until they are golden brown. enjoy.
