1 lb Moose burger.
1 tbsp beef bovril.
1 lrg onion chopped fine.
6 larg peppers ready to stuff.
2 tbsp cooking oil.
12 oz tomato sauce or for some zip use salsa.
2 tsp chili powder.
1/2 tsp cumin.
4-5 cups cooked rice [use real rice not minute]
Heat oil and fry meat, onion and bovril, cook until browned.
Add rice and spices cook for about 10 mins. add tomato sauce or salsa and mix, then stuff peppers adding any extra sauce on top of peppers. cover and heat for about 40 mins in a 375 degree oven.enjoy.
